Who we are
Stone & Key Property Services is a trading name of AMZUS Ltd, operating across Bristol and the surrounding areas. You can contact us at hello@stoneandkey.co.uk.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, telephone number, email address, postcode, the service you need, what you tell us about the requirement, your preferred timing and any photographs you choose to upload.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange and manage the work, and keep records of the services we provide. Where a job goes ahead, we share only the information a service professional needs to carry out the work at your property.
Storage and retention
Enquiries and any photographs are stored securely in our own management system with access restricted to authorised Stone & Key staff. We keep records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Marketing
We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists as a result of making an enquiry.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Contact us at hello@stoneandkey.co.uk and we'll deal with your request. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
